Before Kreyd, I spent two years selling SaaS at Hybr. B2B and B2C, cold outbound to close. I know what makes someone click, what makes them bounce, and why most agency sites don’t convert. In March 2026 I left to build Kreyd full-time: a studio that designs and builds for founders, and ships its own products on the side.
I do the whole job myself. Brief, design, build, ship, and answer the email when something breaks at 10pm.

We break them rarely.
Ship fast
Most agency timelines are padded with meetings nobody needed. We scope tight, decide quickly, and ship in days, not quarters.
No bloat
No dashboard nobody uses. No nine-step onboarding. If it doesn't earn its place on the page, it goes.
Built to convert
Pretty sites that don't book meetings are portfolio pieces, not businesses. Every page has one job and one CTA. We measure both.

A ship date in the scope doc, signed before a pixel moves. Not a range. A date. If we miss it, we fix it on our time.
